The Breath of Life is natural deep diaphragmatic breathing. Breathe slowly through the nose with the mouth closed, chest still, and abdomen moving—belly expands on the inhale, collapses on the exhale. This nourishes and cleanses body, mind, heart, and soul.

Sit upright with shoulders relaxed, tongue resting on the upper palate, eyes softly unfocused. Visualize the breath flowing down the front of the body below the navel on the inhale, then curling up the spine to the head and out through the nose on the exhale, forming a gentle loop. When thoughts arise, return to the breath, letting it clear the mind into stillness.
