SHIO KOMBU/KELP CONDIMENT
Soak 5 to 6 strips of Kombu/Kelp for several minutes and cut into squares. Cover with a mixture of 1/2 water and 1/2 soy sauce.
Bring to a boil lower heat, cover, and simmer until all fluid has disappeared. Cool off and store in a glass jar.

The high mineral content of Shio Kombu/Kelp can strengthen the blood, bones, and provide overall stamina and strength of will.
If taken in excess, it may initiate sweet cravings, which would actually negate any of its positive attributes.
