Learn 10 Longevity and 5 Healing Sound Tai Chi Kung exercises plus Taoist Meditation for achieving Vital Health, Centeredness and Consciousness Evolution.
Through a series a videos,and three zoom calls of supervised lessons to make sure participants are practicing correctly, students will master body alignment, breathing and therapeutic applications to heal lower back, shoulders, neck, hips, knees, balance issues, digestive, elimination,cardiovascular,endocrine, nervous- all body systems. Students will learn practical applications of Yin/ Yang, Five Elements, Taoist Meditation, and more. Each student will be guided on an individual basis, so each person can correct any issues at the source of one’s particular challenge. Upon Completion, Participants will Qualify for Certification with American TAI CHI and QIGONG Association- ATCQA.
