SHIO KOMBU/KELP CONDIMENT

Soak 5 to 6 strips of Kombu/Kelp for several minutes and cut into squares
Cover with a mixture of 1/2 water 1/2 soy sauce.
Bring to boil
Lower heat, cover, and simmer until all fluid has disappeared
Cool off and store in a glass jar

Main ways to use shio kombu:
On rice,
in Soup
In Salads,
Stir-fries
a Filling in rice balls

The high mineral content of Shio Kombu/Kelp can strengthen the blood, and bones and provide overall stamina and strength of will.
If taken in excess, it may initiate sweet cravings, which would actually negate any of its positive attributes,
When taken appropriately many people report enhanced overall immunity matched with increased motivation and passion. Its origins from the sea impart adaptability, creativity and reproductive/sexual power primarily for men.
Take 1 or 2 times per week and cease if sweet cravings begin.
