. In addition to being an author, Sherri is an integral psychologist whose research is focused on attentional meditation and creativity. She is a practitioner/trainer of Mindfulness Meditation, holistic health, and a NLP – Time Line Therapy practitioner. Twelve Steps to Inner Peace: with Empowering Spiritual Tools was written by Premlatha Rajkumar and Sheryl Lynn Christian in 2012. It is currently being used as a textbook for a mainstream university’s Masters’ level Mindfulness course. To bring peace within, we work our way through these Twelve Steps: Forgiving, living in trust, surrendering to life, living the attitude of gratitude, acknowledging that we are absolutely worthy and deserving to receive the Grace and Favor of the Divine, loving the Self, being compassionate, becoming aware, living from the place of silence, conscious connection with the Planet and all beings, building the right relationship with ourselves and each other, and celebrating the beauty and wonderment of life. Let us meditate on these Twelve Steps and allow Peace to Happen.
